A Budget prime lens.
This lens is great for microphotography. It’s Very sharp 3.5 f to 5.6 f. Reason not to go farther than 8 f. The 8 f to 16 f were used to lower the shutter from bold mode to make the motion blur for photography night. Some complain that they hear a Motor noise on the mic of the camera when they watch their video footage. However, It is not a problem for the filmmaker. Because filmmakers don't use autofocus for video.

Love this lens!
Loving this lens! Takes nice sharp images with great lighting! Using it on an a7iv and a6700. Tamaron makes amazing products hands down.

Great bang for your buck
Great lens for the money. Does a great job but does feel a bit cheap however the performance is great and it’s super lite.
