Great for therapeutic training!
I purchased the set mainly for therapeutic exercises to help strengthen and rehabilitate my knees, right shoulder, and right elbow.

Nice resistance bands
For the money these are pretty neat resistance bands. They look and feel sturdy. These bands help you workout and are easy to store or hang almost anywhere. I am very happy with my purchase.
