It took about a month before the handle was completely broken. My partner is a healthcare professional who does home visits and can’t use a backpack due to a shoulder injury. They commute daily by train, bus, and cab. The bag itself is exactly as described and pictured, but the handle broke in two different places under normal use. The “lifetime warranty” requires you to pay for packaging and shipping if your claim is approved — and they make the process longer by repeatedly asking for clearer photos before indirectly confirming that you must cover all shipping costs yourself. This bag was only used for a month before the first break, and after taping it together, the other side broke soon after. For something this expensive and supposedly durable, the company should absolutely cover the costs. Very disappointing quality and customer service.

Grateful to have found this rolling briefcase! There are many sale offerings for this case but difficult to find this model with the spinning wheels. My only concern is with the extended handle...wobbly and not sturdy.

It was bought for my wife and she loved it; she takes it everywhere with her work things. It's very functional.and spacious for everything she needs.
