Q: was wondering what is the space capacity of the backpack?
A: Held a MacBook, airline pillow, jacket, kindle, water bottles, earphones and charger with lots of room leftover
Q: Is the back of the backpack padded?
A: The back is padded; about 1/4/". The shoulder straps are heavily padded. Very comfortable to wear and use. I carry it while riding a motorcycle. Very secure wear-ability. Liberal adjustment on the shoulder-straps.
