Works very well with cooling the space it was recommended for, even a little beyond. Paired very easily with my phone and it was super easy to monitor the coolness of the space… from a preparation for a wedding with 15 people in the area to just my husband and me watching a movie in the living room at night.

The product works great, blows cold air & air is strong enough to move.. great circulation! The hose however was great quality but too short so i had to buy a custom one.

I give this product an A+++ I am a disabled Veteran With several medical conditions and my central Air conditioner Quit working and need to be replaced and I'm on a fixed income an I could not afford a new central air unit. I purchase the TCL - 450 Sq. Ft. 10,000 BTU Smart Portable Air Conditioner it was so easy to install right out of the box I set it up in less than 20 minutes it was very quiet and it cooled my room down fast I would recommend this Portable Air Conditioner to all my family and friends 5 STARS

I purchased this AC when my home AC went out and the warranty said it would be a week and a half before they could fix it. I went to the store and picked one up. While waiting in line to checkout, the guy in front of me told me that he had purchased the same model and that he didn't have any complaints. I got it home and set it up in about 15 minutes. The space i was using it in was a little larger than the 450 sqft listed on the box, but with a couple of fans it keep the area comfortable.

So far so good. Been close to 90 out and high humidity so wanted this for upstairs. Had to modify the hole cover in the window because my window has a deep window frame and the hose wouldn't lock into the hole. I did buy an extender for the hose to make longer. Love that there is a timer so can put on and it shuts off byitself. The timer goes by increments of half hour. It does the job and cools down.

I purchased this online and it was delivered (up a flight of stairs) on July 2nd. I paid $459 for it and purchased the 2 year geek squad protection. I LOVE IT! My apartment has a western exposure with lots of windows/patio door. So it gets up to 90 degrees or more inside. I have to use it in the bedroom and use another fan to vent the air into the living room/kitchen. Or I just cool the bedroom. It gets the bedroom nice and cold. So refreshing. As a senior, I have to be careful with heat exhaustion and dehydration. This unit has been so helpful to me-a life saver. It was fairly easy for me to set up. I love the wifi connection and the fact that I can turn it on, on the way home from work, with the app on my phone. It is lovingly noisy, and heavy to more on carpet. The instraument panel on top is hard to see/read in the dark. Be these few things are minor to me. I highly recommend this.

Cools a kitchen+family room effectively.

I like the fact that it seems to evaporate humidity out the exhaust pipe rather than filling the drain. It's moderately noisy so questionable for use in a small bedroom. App setup wasn't flawless but it has all the useful functions, including smart home integration. Window slider kit is.. meh. Heavy, but the attached wheels help. Slightly priced up, though it cools well. Acceptable as a whole.

the wheels make it easy to move and they glide so smoothly. not very loud. the window part is my only complaint the window slider feels pretty cheap and is thin but the overall functionality and cooling if the AC is good
