This 10,000 btu air conditioner works marvelously. It cools off our bedroom and bathroom without any issues and it is very quiet. We sleep cool and comfortable every night.

It’s too loud. It makes a lot of noise. I change it for a fridgidaire that works much better.

Works well in a different room, not the original room intended. The description states that it would cool a room up to 450sq. ft., the room in which it was placed is 325sq. ft.

Started kicking off and on then finally died at 9 months, cooled good when it worked but poor quality unit.
