Questions & Answers
Does this unit come with a flexible hose attached to pump. If so how long
Answered by TCLExpertThe T50DC9SPB includes a pump drain hose that is approximately 5 meters (16.4 feet) long. This hose is designed to work with the unit’s built-in pump for convenient condensate drainage. In addition, a standard garden hose can be connected to use the gravity drain function. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
How many kwh does this unit use in continuous running with moisture removal?
Answered by TCLExpertBased on the 115V / 7.5A rating, the unit would use up to approximately 0.86 kWh per hour during continuous operation. Actual energy usage is usually lower because the compressor cycles on and off depending on actual humidity levels. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
Can this unit use a hose only, and not the pump? My dehumidifier would sit next to a floor drain, so I have no need of a pump.
Answered by LandrewYes, as long as you have a straight line of sight to the drain.
