Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’m very happy with this TV. The picture quality is excellent with vibrant colors and sharp resolution. The sound is clear and loud enough for a medium-sized room, although it also works great with a soundbar. Setup was very easy and quick, and the smart features run smoothly without lag. It has a sleek, modern design that looks great in my living room. Streaming apps load fast and the remote is simple and user-friendly. Overall, this TV exceeded my expectations for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great TV without spending too much.

Bought this as an open box in “excellent” condition. I am VERY pleased with my purchase. The TV works as expected and is in excellent condition as stated. Couldn’t be happier. Also love all the smart features of this TV. Sound is great and image is clear. It’s used in the guest room and is perfect for the need.

Amazing picture quality! Great value. Bright, sharp, and totally worth it! Excellent TV for the price! Stunning colors and smooth performance. Fantastic QLED quality at this price! Just the software is laggy and the sound is ok.

Totally satisfied with the picture quality and ease of setup adding apps. Colors absolutely stunning for a budget smart tv, and a real upgrade from my 10yr old primary bedroom tv

The picture is where this TV truly shines. The 50-inch panel delivers crisp 4K resolution, producing vibrant colors and sharp detail across movies, shows, and sports. I was especially impressed with the color accuracy and contrast, which made darker scenes feel rich and cinematic without losing detail. HDR content looked noticeably better, with bright highlights and deeper blacks that enhanced every scene. Whether I was watching animated features or intense action films, the picture remained clear and engaging, even during fast motion. Overall, it exceeded my expectations for a TV in this size and price range.

This TCL 50 inch TV has been a great buy. Setup was quick, the interface is easy to use, and the picture quality is way better than I expected at this price point. Colors look vibrant, the image is sharp, and it handles streaming and everyday viewing really well. It’s also been solid for sports and gaming. Motion looks smooth, input feels responsive, and overall it just works without fuss. If you want a reliable 50 inch TV with a clean picture and great value, TCL is an easy recommendation.

If you're looking for a no-frills 4K TV with solid smart features at an affordable price, this is a great option. It may not have all the bells and whistles of high-end models, but it provides great value for the price.

Easy set up . Great picture . Can’t beat the price

This TCL Q5-Series TV is a fantastic value for its price. The 4K UHD resolution and HDR PRO+ deliver stunning picture quality with vibrant colors and deep contrasts. The QLED technology ensures bright and accurate visuals, even in well-lit rooms. The built-in Fire TV interface is intuitive and provides access to all your favorite streaming apps. Setup was a breeze, and the sound quality is surprisingly good for a TV of this size. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet high-performance TV.

This TV was easy to set up. Clear picture and nice sound. Good quality picture. The price for this TV is well worth it. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I’m very impressed with this TV. The picture quality is clear and vibrant, and the 4K HDR makes movies and shows look great. The Fire TV interface is easy to use, and setup was simple. My only issue is that the Dolby audio setting makes the sound a bit unclear, so I had to turn it off for better audio. Overall, it’s still a very good TV for the price, and I’m happy with the purchase.

I like the clarity and color vividness of this TCL TV. The price is great for the TV size. I will purchase another one for our Guest room.

Great TV, a little slow to start but that's the norm for smart TVs. Great picture and settings for PC gaming with lower latency and high fidelity with motion processing. Beautiful 4k image. Bought during Black Friday for under $200.

I bought this Tv while being on a tight budget and for the price, features and display quality this is hands down the best one out there. Its been more than a year I bought this Tv and it works absolutely fantastic.

Good picture for the price. Hooked up series s xbox and played perfectly. Easy to hang up on tv mount too.

It is an amazing TV at an excellent price! So far the screen and sound quality are both excellent as well! There is also very little glare! I would highly recommend this TV, I love it!!

Purchased this TCL model for my oldest son and the picture is stunning! Very thin bezel, good audio without a soundbar, and the Fire OS built-in is very convenient. This is my second TV from this manufacturer. The other one I own is an older model that I bought years ago and haven’t had one single issue with it. Great product at a great price. Thanks BB!

A very good television and has a good image, I know I bought them from my parents to exchange it for their 24 inch television that they had and they liked the television very much because you can hear the television very loudly, besides I liked the television because I got it for 200 dollars directly in the store, I recommend this television

I am thoroughly impressed with the 2024 TCL Q5-Series. The QLED display provides a stunningly bright and vibrant picture, making 4K content look truly cinematic. The Fire TV interface is snappy and intuitive, and the setup was a breeze. It’s rare to find this level of visual performance and smart integration at such an affordable price point. If you’re looking for a premium viewing experience without the premium price tag, this TV is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Took a chance and bought this tv as an open box item. As it turned out, it was exactly the same as a new one!
