Customer Ratings & Reviews

I wasn’t expecting much when I bought this TV, but it honestly surprised me in a good way. The picture is sharp and clear, and 4K content looks really nice, especially for movies and regular TV streaming. Colors look natural and not washed out, and it handles HDR better than I thought it would. The Fire TV system is easy to use and quick to set up. I like that everything is in one place and I don’t have to switch between different devices. The remote is simple, and using Alexa to search for shows actually comes in handy more than I expected. Sound is fine for everyday watching. The TV itself looks clean and modern, and the thin edges make the screen feel bigger. Overall, this feels like a solid, dependable TV that does what it’s supposed to do without issues. For the price, I think it’s a really good deal and I’d buy it again.

The delivery was smooth and on time, with everything handled professionally. The TV itself is amazing—excellent picture quality, vibrant colors, and very easy to set up. It works perfectly and has exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I recently purchased the TCL 55" F35-Series, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The 4K UHD picture quality is crisp and vibrant, making movies and shows a joy to watch. The HDR support really enhances the contrast and colors, providing a more immersive viewing experience. The built-in Fire TV is incredibly convenient. I love having all my streaming apps in one place, and the interface is easy to navigate. Setting it up was a breeze, and I was streaming my favorite content within minutes. For the price, this TV is an absolute steal. The picture quality rivals more expensive models, and the smart features are top-notch. If you're looking for a budget-friendly 4K TV that doesn't compromise on performance, the TCL F35-Series is an excellent choice.

Easy setup, quality color and brightness. Great Christmas gift.

Finally had to privilege to mount this TV in my apartment room as my normal monitors are too small to enjoy watching shows and movies and boy I was sure impressed by it. I was able to snag this TV on Black Friday and it sure is impressive especially with the price I got it at. By all means it is not top of the line but it will perform very well and as I said before it will definitely impress with the 4k 55 inch frame. Here’s how I have my setup and wished I have gotten a TV for my setup long ago! Props to TCL for providing a TV for such an amazing price!

I decided on this TV after user reviews warned: TCL TVs last years or weeks, no in between. For $233, including the 2-yr protection in case I got a 2-wk lemon, this is one of the best valued TVs on the market. Even through the holiday sales, the price was the most competitive. The picture is extremely clear even when viewing the picture from the sides (see images). Connecting to user accounts and creating admins was also a breeze. iOS, Win10, Win11, and ChromiumOS had no issue connecting; neither did the game consoles. This TV is also ideal for folks who live upstairs or alone. It is ridiculously light to carry even for short petite people (I'm 8 in. taller than it). The only quality-check so far on the TCL 55" is the sound. The audio is C-/C compared to the rest of the product. I got a $27 Insignia sound bar from the Best Buy outlet that has made a world of difference on the sound. Everything else about the product is 5 out of 5. Excellent value for an excellent product.

This TV is without a doubt one of the best purchases I’ve made this year. From the moment I turned it on, I was impressed by its modern and stylish design and, most importantly, by its outstanding screen quality. The 4K UHD resolution delivers incredibly sharp images, vibrant colors, and an immersive viewing experience that truly elevates movies, series, and gaming. It also comes packed with amazing features, including built-in Alexa and voice control directly from the remote, which makes navigation fast, easy, and very convenient. As a Smart TV, it offers smooth performance, multiple apps, and great functionality overall. If you’re looking for excellent image quality

I’m really happy with my TCL TV! The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, and the sound is surprisingly good for built-in speakers. The setup was quick and easy - everything connected in minutes. It works perfectly with streaming apps, and the interface is simple and responsive. The design is sleek and looks great on the wall with my mount. For this price, it’s an amazing value. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased the TCL 55" Class F35-Series 4K UHD HDR LED Smart Fire TV, and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. The picture quality is amazing for the price, the 4K resolution is clear and vibrant. The HDR really enhances the colors, making everything look more dynamic. Setup was pretty straightforward too, especially with the Fire TV OS built in – I had all my streaming apps up and running within minutes. The remote is simple to use, with voice control that actually works better than I expected. However, there are a few small downsides. First, the sound quality isn’t the best. I had to connect a soundbar to get a fuller, richer audio experience. Also, the TV’s interface can sometimes feel a bit sluggish when switching between apps or scrolling through menus. Nothing major, but it's noticeable when you're used to a faster system. Overall, this TCL TV offers excellent value for the price and delivers a solid 4K experience. Highly recommend it for anyone on a budget but still wanting a quality smart TV.

I purchased this TV recently and have been satisfied with it so far. Setup was very easy and straightforward—plug & play. The packaging was compact and well-protected. Streaming apps load quickly and run smoothly without issues. Picture quality is very good for the price, and sound quality is clear and adequate for everyday viewing without the need for external speakers. Overall, this TV offers good performance and strong value for money. A good option if you’re looking for a quality TV at a competitive price.

Item was easy to set up jus needed a wall mount and plug and play. Sound and picture quality excellent so far

Clear picture, looks great. Easy to set up and install.

I’m really happy with this TV. The picture quality is clear and vibrant, and the colors look great whether I’m watching shows, movies, or gaming. The sound is better than I expected, so I don’t always need external speakers. Setup was quick and easy, and the smart features are smooth and simple to use. Overall, this TV is a great value and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Purchased this during Black Friday, my partner sent me a link recommending this TV, the price was too good to be true so I figured the quality must be lacking. I was absolutely wrong! This TV was replacing my Samsung smart tv and it was so easy to install and set up! Highly recommend this for those who look for value and quality.

Great tv. Great pictures. Easy to install. Thin and light weight. Great price. Glad I made this purchase.

My TCL Ire T.V. is remarkable. I have been glued to my T.V all through the holidays. This TCL Fire T.V lets me go right to my favorite shows with just one click. I get all kinds of compliments on the clear and crispiness of the quality of my T.V. The price with definitely fit your budget. My mom birthday is coming up and I will definitely be purchasing her one. Best Buy Thank you. I'm so happy with my T.V and I have already sent a host of recommendations to my friend family. Once again Thank you Best Buy!!

Awesome 4K TV. 4k brilliance. It is great that the fire tv is built in. Super easy set up, and what a deal at $200 out the door. Great set for apartment dwellers like myself. You won't regret this.

I know this TV was on cheaper side but heres my honest review. I paid $3000 for an LG 75" TV the picture is phenomenal but the connection to wifi is always unstable and the sound stops the remote is wild. So I went back to best buy and bought a TCL 55" for my room that was on sale at that and let me tell you the picture is beautiful the sound always works and stays consistent. No loud commercials and low sounding movies or shows. connented to wifi easily and stays connected. Easy to use, remote is great has all the features that the LG has. The biggest win $159.00 on sale. This is prime example sometimes cheaper is better.

I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. There are SO MANY versions of tvs, I was over it. TCL is amazing, very much worth the price. It’s was inexpensive and it’s a great quality. The added bonus was not realizing it’s a fire tv (Amazon product for those in the dark like me). A few months ago I purchased a small TCL tv, I didn’t like that it was a Roku TV so all I knew it to make sure this one didn’t say Roku anywhere lol. I wish I could return the other tv and get one like this!

I really like this tv , the display is great and the size is perfect only complaint is with the system itself sometimes it dosent save the last thing I was watching and I have to search it up again. I do like how light weight it is and easy to move around
