Since this TV is a Roku TV, the remote in líder in the box is also a Roku remote which makes it a lot easier to navigate your viewing experience. First, out of the box you need to attach the tv to the base which comes as two separate legs and screws. Next, you turn the tv on and Connect to your home wifi. After that and once you’re connected to wifi, crearé a Roku account, if you don’t have one. During the account setup process, you’ll be asked what your intereses are; sports, music, movies, art, cooking, health, etc., to which channels/apps in regards to those options will be either added or suggested to be added for a better experience having the type of media experience you want while minimizing the ones you don’t. Once you have your Roku set up, which by the way, offers some free trials on apps or reduced costs for subscriptions that may be shorter in months. There are ports on the side of the tv (cable/antenna, HD and an HDMI arc port which allows for the picture and the voice of the actors/singers to be in sync. Cables are not included in the box. If you search in Roku for 4K movies, set your TV to 4K resolutivo. So you get the amazing experience that is 4K. The details of the picture wuality is truly an awesome experience. At first it’s a very mind boggling experience to see such amazing details. If you watch an anímate mivie for instance in 4K you will see very detailed art work on the character, (for example, veins across forehead, scratches on glasses, and more). In the menú, you can change the sound to gaming mode and many different mides de pending on whether you’re watching a concert, a movie, a Sporting event and more. There’s also dark mode and back light and more to help those with visual impairments. The tv also allows for adjustments to sound differences such as when a commercial comes on and the volumen ingreses dramatically. The colors of the display, the sounds, the size and ease of use make this a perfect tv for the entire family to enjoy. I would recommend this tv.

The TCL 55" Q6LR Series 4K UHD HDR QLED Smart TV is a great device with built in with the latest version of Roku. The TV comes well packaged with only very minimum assembly required. After taking the TV out of the box you only have to screw in the two table leg stands if it will be sitting on a table or solid surface. If you plan on wall mounting it, then you can skip that part. It comes with a power cable, which in my opinion is quite short. The short cable is great for wall mounting because you won’t have a lot of access cable to tie up, but if you have it sitting on a table or solid surface, you may have to use an extension cord if the plug is not close by. On the back of the TV are several ports. The power plug is on one side of the TV and the ports are on the other side, all in the rear. It has 3 HDMI ports , Cable outlet, USB 2.0 port, LAN port and an Optical Audio Out port for connecting to your sound bar or audio equipment. When turning on the TV for the first time, it’s going to prompt you for a software update. The update was rather quick. Once that’s completed it’s going to prompt you to update the software for the included remote control. When signing in or creating a Roku account it’s going to give you the option to sign in via email address or Activate with a QR Code. The QR Code method was the easiest. It took me to a website to create a Roku account, but since I already have a Roku account I was able to find the link for those who already have an account. I was then able to download the apps and services I wanted and sign into them. The picture quality is really good and audio quality is pretty decent from the TV itself. I’d suggest connecting it to a soundbar for the best audio experience.

Set up was quick and easy! Installed 2 legs, plugged in and flew through set up. Wifi Connected quick and easy. Signed into my Roku account, off and running to customizations. Changed my sound preferrence and equed for more bass. The built in speakers were a pleasant suprise, giving off plenty of volume, I would still recommend a sound bar with any TV. The TV also went through a HDMI check for other components and connected flawlessly. I have to say this is among the best at this price range for a QLED experience with Quantum Dot. The picture display has accurate, vivid colors and high brightness for multiple viewing experiences. The use of the ROKU remote gave quick responses manually and with voice commands. Most remotes now also include a quick button for YouTube which I use most of the time. Many apps you can download and use for free. TV does include a 120 gaming accelerator, however includes 2 HDMI 2.0 ports and 1 ARC/eARC port. 1 usb and LAN. Also has the basic 60hz Display. TCL is commited to regular software updates as needed which I find one of the most important commitments from the manufacturer. I have really enjoyed experiencing this QLED TV

TCL 55" Q6LR Series QLED is tough to beat. If you are looking picture / image quality without spending a lot of $$$$ this is a great TV What Stands Out: • Picture Quality & Brightness: The Quantum Dot (QLED) panel provides rich, vibrant colors and sharp 4K detail. I cant tell the difference between a significantly more expensive TVs and the TCL. If you can you should be buying the other one. But for everyday viewing, movies, and sports this is a great value • Built-in Roku TV: This is a plus if you are in their eco system. The integrated Roku OS is fast and responsive. Having all your streaming apps, live channels, and inputs accessible right out of the box keeps the setup clean and easy to navigate. • Overall Value: For the price point, a bright 4K QLED panel with smooth motion and solid HDR support offers incredible bang for your buck. The picture looks sharp in my house with windows open, the internal interface is simple for anyone in to use, and you get performance that easily punches above its price tag. Highly recommended for anyone wanting quality without overpaying.

TCL continues to impress me with the way it implements QLED to create a vibrant and bright screen, and it’s now in budget friendly lower tiers in a way I didn’t expect. The impressive nature of this TV starts with the panel itself. This TV is almost all screen. The bezels are incredibly thin and is really only there to frame the screen. When watching content you don’t even notice it. Even at the bottom there is a very small bump at the center that houses an LED to show power status and I believe a sensor or two for the remote. The feet are pretty minimal too. And this thing is light. I had no issue lifting it from the floor to put it on my stand. There are also plenty of input ports so you don’t need something like a receiver. If you have more than 4 devices you probably want something more anyway. The screen is so good. Initially turning it on I could tell this was going to be a huge upgrade to my previous screen. It launches immediately into setup and here is where I had some snags. Primarily that it goes through setup as if you are going to use the built in Roku software. If so, it’s fine. But I use another streaming device and a sound system so the Roku software struggled for me. I had to back out a couple of times to essentially make the right choices to set the TV up as a basic TV and not a smart TV. Once I did that it was fine. This set up makes starting up slower. I think this is just because the TV is designed to have Roku up front. Not ideal for someone like me who uses other services and devices. However, for what it is, a TV, I’m very happy. 4k HDR content on this TV is breathtaking. Cable streaming is good enough, very bright and colorful, but 1080 content like that is a little fuzzy. But that’s content, not the fault of the TV. For the price this TV is amazing. Great value. Keeps itself updated and it’s pretty snappy considering it’s not a higher dollar device.
