Customer Ratings & Reviews

The slim design is great because it can easily get under furniture and into areas that are difficult to reach with a regular vacuum. 120-minute runtime is more than enough for living room, kitchen and bathroom. The self-charging feature is very convenient. Overall, it’s easy to use and does a good job keeping my floors clean.

A bit glitchy. Takes multiple steps to send it to the base. Half the time it takes so long to find the base, that I get impatient and carry it back. It constantly disconnects from the internet. I give up and just vaccum the floor some days. I have 3 robot vacs and this one just isn't very intelligent. I DO NOT have these issues with my others and one is almost a decade old. This model is stuck on stupid constantly, unable to get itself out of corners, can't make it over low pile rugs. My most recent concern is it will smack into one of my sleeping dogs and it tries to climb them instead of changing direction as it should when it hits a physical barrier. My senior dog who is days away from 16 years old, was just sucked into this thing and had to be cut free. So on a positive note, it sucks well enought it nearly ate my 30lb dog. But overall, it's the unintelligent version of the pricey models. I wouldn't purchase again, I'd spend the extra few dollars for a shark model or invest in a more pricey brand. I wish I had returned this while I was within the return window.

Very comfortable and easy use product for the price

This robot vacuum has honestly made keeping my house clean so much easier. The suction is surprisingly strong and has no problem picking up pet hair, dust, crumbs, and all the little stuff that ends up on the floor. I really like that it vacuums and mops at the same time, so the floors actually look clean without me having to do two separate jobs. It moves around furniture well, avoids running into things, and even gets under the couch and bed where I never feel like cleaning. The battery lasts a long time, and when it starts getting low, it automatically goes back to the charging dock by itself. The app is easy to use, and I can schedule cleanings or change settings right from my phone. It also comes with a remote, which is nice if you don't want to use the app. Overall, it's a huge time saver and keeps the house looking much cleaner with almost no effort. Definitely worth having if you want to spend less time cleaning.

Battery life is great, and it's super convenient and useful. Remote control makes it especially versatile, I don't know why you'd get the name brand when this is essentially the same if not better!

This vacuum does an amazing job cleaning and I love how quiet it is!

I love it in all its functions and listens to commands it picks up dirt beautifully. I haven’t used the mopping part yet but I bet it will be awesome!! Go out and get one if you don’t already have it

Its amazing it works great like how it has a physical remote

I was surprised how it doesn't Bang into any of my furniture hard and it's a very quiet love it

realiza su trabajo, en atencion a la expectativa de mantener la oficina limpia

It has long battery life and cleans the floor super well. It is easy to set up with the app and it is easy to set up the automations which I have on every other night.

Works like a charm, set it and forget it. App is a bit confusing to use at first but works well
