See more imagesI believed my Traeger thermometer was not displaying the barrel ambient temp correctly. I was correct. I smoked a chuck roast using the temp pro. The Temp pro was displaying the ambient temp 30° to 40° lower than the Traeger was displaying. My roast was perfect using the TempPro.

Probes are not always accurate. Within 10 degrees most times, but. Also they do not stay charged as long as I thought they would.
