Let's face it, there aren't a lot of choices on the market for a graphing calculator of this magnitude. Even worse is the school gave two models of one brand as acceptable - this was one! Although expensive, it does what I need it to and more. Great financial apps, interface is fairly intuitive, and it runs on AAA batteries which are fairly cheap to replace. There is minimal difference between the models, so unless you need a specific function, the less expensive models will do what you need (unless of course your course requires a specific model). Very happy so far - now if they would just program the answers to my homework! Only complaint is that it doesn't come with a very comprehensive instruction manual - in fact, nothing more than how to unpack and put the batteries in. Highly advise hitting YouTube or Kahn Academy and watching some videos on how to enter what you need. Overall, AWESOME!

This calculator worked great for my college student. It was user friendly and cost efficient. Charge lasts long and it was also easy to store.

This calculator does some pretty awesome stuff, but if you are allowed to have the TI84 Color version for your college class, I would go for that instead. It's easier to use, offers more features, and the color is really helpful when using the graph with a lot of lines. Otherwise, this calculator does awesome, I have used it for 3 quarters and have not needed to change the batteries. Seems to be a great calculator, the other version is just better.

This calculator is being used for high school use. It is a little big but gets the work done. It is light weight and easy to use. I would recommend. I use it every day in school. It is easy to use. This calculator is durable and well made. I love it. Enjoy it.

Great investment for students. The TI-84 is durable, fast, and has all the functions needed for algebra, statistics, and calculus.

I have purchased this calculator for each of my three kids over the past few years for use in middle school, high school, and college. It was worth the purchase rather than borrowing the school's calculators. They are excellent quality and the kids learn quickly how to use them. We had one where the backlight stopped working after two years but other than that they have all lasted many years and are reliable.

We got this for my daughter to use in college. She tried to use a regular calculator but it has none of the features of this one. It has used it almost every day in her math class. Well worth the price and you can usually find them on sale.

This graphic calculator performs great. It is very easy to use and understand. Give a little extra more and get this calculator. It's worth every penny! Many educational institutions use this model. They came in many different colors.

This is by far the best graphing calculator I have ever had, does so much. Got it on sale and I'm happy I bought it, my kids will be able to use it when I'm done so its a good investment

Bought this calculator for my statistics class. It's easy to use, with a pretty intuitive keypad. The secondary functions are easy to locate, and the calculator overall has a sturdy, well-made feel to it. It's a big calculator, but not so big that I can't hold it with one hand and punch in numbers with the other. (And i have very small hands.) Downloading/uploading programs is simple. I know there are newer, fancier graphing calculators out there, but this one suits my needs perfectly, and wasn't too terribly expensive compared to other calculators.

First of all, who knew that calculators can be expensive. I bought this for my son before he went of to college. In my research this calculator constantly popped up as one of the top calculators. Yes, there are other calculators that have more features and color. But, this does the trick and is simpler to use. Several of the complaints from the other more expensive and colorful calculators was their complexity. Most stated that you spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than calculating the problem. So far so good this calculator has everything my son needs for his schoolwork. It is also approved for use on exams such as ACT, SAT. Most calculator requested by instructors!
