The Beatles In Transition
In 1965, the Beatles we in transition from being the biggest pop group in the world to becoming serious artists. This is evident on Help! John Lennon admitted later that the title song was autobiographical about him crying out for help. Ticket To Ride was startling at the time for its stop-start drumming and its time changes. And of course, there's Yesterday, which pointed to a more classical influence as opposed to the rockabilly, girl group, r&b influences of past songs. It's telling that Dizzy Miss Lizzy and Act Naturally were the last cover songs the Beatles would include on their lps as all subsequent albums contained original material. A great album and definitely worth listening to on remastered, 180g vinyl.

The Beatles in transition
1965 marked a turning point in the music of the Beatles. They were still covering other's songs (though only two made it onto the lp) but they were beginning to take their own songs into new directions (ala 'Yesterday'). While the mono mix is still the preferred format, the stereo mix is quite good. Vinyl is still the best way to hear the Beatles in any mix.

Awesome music
I grew up with this kind of music . It’s very relaxing to me and it puts me in a good mood. It’s one of few I think that is still around and will always be a popular group.you can go just about anywhere and here the Beatles and people start singing and dancing to the music. I just love it.
