Smart and interesting western. Personalities will be questioned and devotion tested. Woody is fantastic as a protagonist and delivers a performance on par with Natural Born Killers. Liked it a lot.

Woody Harrelson is such an evil character! He is great. Should have seen the ending coming but I was not ready for it! Yesh, that was pretty gross!

THE MOVIE INDUSTRY DOES NOT INVEST HEAVILY IN WESTERNS. HOWEVER THE LOW BUDGET WESTERNS ARE PRETTY ENTERTAINING AND WORTH VIEWING.

I watch this movie with my family and we enjoy the movie from beginning to end!

This movie was slow starting and you never really get taken in to the story line. Unusual theme and the actors almost seemed bored

This was a good western movie with Woody Harrelson, who I like as an actor, I hope they make more western movies like this. I would recommend it to anyone.

I recommend this movie, Woody Harrelson always plays his parts well, he makes the movie, very good entertainment. Good western we need more of them.

I love the idea of Cowboys/Indians for sure. I thought this was done well and it keeps your attention from beginning to end.

If you enjoy what I consider to be classic westerns such as the Unforgiven, Open Range, Quigley Down Under and the Shootist, then don't waste your time and money with this movie. Woody Harrelson's acting ability is better suited for sitcom roles such as the one he had as Woody in Cheers! Although the plot itself was of interest and the film had a couple of action scenes worth watching, the film dragged and the overall acting was poor! I found the most interesting about the movie to be the title The Duel.

A sad tale of an obscure couple of western men and there women. but it goes downhill from there. If only films matched there trailers then we'ed have first class films.

I love a good western. They will always be my favorite.
