This is a classic and glad warner bro’s decided to release this Blu-ray copy. I was so happy when I found about it. Fingers crossed for a 4k steelbook in the future.

Great vampire movie with a surprising twist at the end.Sharon Tate was one of the most beautiful women and didn't deserve the fate she endured.

Fun, goofy vampire movie. Instantly transported me back to my childhood watching this one winter evening at my mothers house. Great performances from Polanski, MacGowran, and the gone too soon Sharon Tate.

This has always been a bit of a guilty pleasure. Silly, ridiculous, and a lot of fun (even if a bit slow).

The famous Professor Abronsius and his clumsy assistant Alfred travel to the remote Transylvania to research vampires. They are hosted in an inn by Shagal and sooner the shy Alfred falls in love for the inn-keeper's red-haired daughter Sarah(Sharon Tate). When Sarah is abducted by the mysterious Count von Krolock, Professor Abronsius and Alfred head to his creepy castle. The duo of scientists are welcomed by the count and his gay son Herbert and invited to a vampire ball late night.

Roman Polanski's horror-comedy is a great-looking, if somewhat low-key take on the Hammer Dracula films of the 1950's-1970's. Two dimwitted but brave vampire hunters (Polanski & Jack MacGowran) arrive at a small village in Transylvania. They find their work cut out for them when a vampire named Count von Krolock (Ferdy Mayne) kidnaps a beautiful girl (Sharon Tate, who later became Mrs. Polanski) with our heroes in hot pursuit. While not as laugh-filled as Young Frankenstein (which may test the patience of some viewers), this is still worthwhile. My favorite moment is when our heroes' infiltration in von Krolock's castle is discovered by him & his vampiric brethern. The animated title sequence is also great.
