Super fun game. The story is alr but the combat is super fun. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the difficulty spikes are insane. They have them at every level and the enemy difficulty goes up insanely high. So if your cracked at video games, this is a 5 star for you.

Definitely one of the Best games on the PS5! The First Berserker: Khazan lives up to it's self-proclaimed title as a "Hardcore hack and slash RPG." The characters designs for the game are Stellar and the backgrounds and environments encountered throughout the game are Breathtaking, truly sights to behold! Some of the bosses encountered throughout the game may take time to defeat but that's all part of the Fun when playing this game. There's so much to do in the game including leveling up Khazan so he can slay bosses easier, leveling up Khazan's phantom allies to help Khazan with various tasks and completing various side missions adjacent to finishing the main missions of the game. But in all Honesty, the artwork of the game is what mainly drew me to The First Berserker: Khazan. The cut scenes within the game show just how Awesome the art found within the game truly is. Download the demo for the game first and try it out- you'll be Glad you did. Then when you beat the demo, get the full game and your demo progress will transfer from the demo to the full game. Talk about being Sweet!

This game goes to 11, it’s nuts, absolutely nuts and amazing in every way. You like Sekiro? Lies of P? This is 1000% your jam, trust me.

Still playing but so far so good. Great action, simple but decent story, great art style. Difficult bosses but incredible satisfaction when you defeat them. Solid souls like with a few tweaks.

Can't put the controller down this is one of the best games I've played in a long time it's kinda challenging at times but once you pick up the pattern from the boss battles it's worth the effort

Excellent game. BestBuy got it to me quickly. However, just know this game isn't for quitters. You will literally have to grind and improve your character in order to advance the plot. It is difficult, but rewarding. I rage quit like 15 times but kept coming back to try again. The graphics are beautiful and the story is engaging. I also like that I can play alone because playing with other people is annoying.

At a time where the souls like genre is getting saturated, I have to say I was looking forward to this game. I love the art style, the combat and the difficulty. Watch out for the boss battle they will test you!

It's a great game but it's hard and I was glad I was able to find a physical copy because most stores now aren't carrying physical copies of games anymore

Such an awesome souls like with an awesome art style! If you like games like bloodborne, dark souls, or Elden ring I can’t recommend it enough. It definitely sets itself apart from those games but I definitely recommend it to people who are fans of those games.

Great game. Hard as nails. Its fair though as if you die you know its your own fault. This may be a good game to keep in your collection, i feel it will be valuable cuz most people probably bought this digitally.

An awesome take on the souls-like genre. The combat is a nice change of pace and I thoroughly enjoyed the game overall. Whereas; in typical soul-like fashion it is often more beneficial to play passively, but many times I found myself rewarded for taking a more aggressive approach. Weapons are very limited, but where the game excels is how they let you build around those weapons. The variety of armor sets you have to pick from encourage different ways to use each weapon and sometimes even offer unique abilities. This makes mastering the weapon you’ve chosen for your playthrough very fun and feeling new throughout your journey with the game.

This game hits hard but the depth of combat and abilities is where it truly shines. If you're into Souls-likes or great action games, buy this game.

Khazan features fast-paced, tight, and responsive combat. Each weapon feels unique and comes with its own skill tree, allowing you to tailor your playstyle. The brink guard mechanic, reminiscent of Sekiro or Lies of P, is executed very well, landing the timing is highly satisfying, and mistakes always feel fair. Boss fights can be challenging but not unfair. While not as difficult as From Software titles, major bosses still push you to learn patterns and improve. The cel-shaded art style is well done and adds to the game’s visual impact. Easy recommendation for fans of ARPGs.

Jk, but could you imagine? Yes, you can. Because this is an absolutely stunning soulslike that is so insanely difficult that you'll tear your hair out but is so rewarding you'll pretty much cry when you beat the boss you've died 300 times trying to beat. Seriously, tho, i love this game. It's near flawless in its design and execution and combat is smooth enough to when you do die, and you will, you'll end up going "nah that one's on me." If you enjoy a challenge and soulslike style games, you're gonna love the abuse you take from this one.
