One disc would not play

One of the five discs would not play: there was an initial logo and then nothing. I took the discs back to my local store but they absolutely refuse to give my money back. They told me to go to the third party that shipped the goods. Is this what "standing behind our marketplace sellers" means. I will never go back to Best Buy for anything else.
