Absoutely incredible. The upgrades for this game on the Switch 2 is worth replaying the game over again. Visuals with HDR look very colorful and deep. The terrain on the grass within the game is more detailed than before. The best upgrade of the bunch is performance. It's buttery smooth and barely any lag. It's my third playthrough now and will continue to play this in the future even when I'm done temporarily with it. Well done Nitendo

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breath of the Wild on Switch 2 is a game changer I’ve played Breath of the Wild more times than I can count, but this Switch 2 upgrade seriously blew me away. It looks so much better — the graphics are way sharper, and it finally runs super smooth. No more random frame drops when you’re gliding into a big battle or running through the forest. Load times are way faster too, which makes exploring the world feel even more fun. It’s the same amazing game, just way more polished and modern. Honestly, it feels like how the game was meant to be played. If you’ve never played it before, this is the version to get. And if you already have? It’s totally worth jumping back in — trust me. Highlights: • Way smoother gameplay • Better graphics without losing the art style • Quick load times • Still just as magical as day one

If you have a Switch 2 I think this upgrade is a no-brainer at a reasonable (for Nintendo) price. Breath of the Wild struggled to run to hit 30fps on the original Switch and the upgrade to 60fps and higher resolution makes a world of difference. It makes me wish I could go back and experience BotW again for the first time.

The upgrade is worth it for a solid 60 fps, higher resolution, and faster load times. If you can find cheap physical copies of the game, then the switch 2 upgrade is a great deal.

If you already own The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, this upgrade is a no-brainer. It drastically improves the frame rate and displays the game in a crisp 4K resolution.

This blew me away. It's absolutely stunning! I do wish it added some QoL features, but I guess it would be weird to pay for that. The fact other Zelda games are getting free upgrades makes it sting a lot less, but I wouldn't call this necessary.

The Switch 2 upgrade is a breath of fresh air. The 60 FPS makes the game feel like a brand new game. The load times are incredibly fast. It was more enjoyable to play a second time on the Switch 2. I had zero interest in replaying this game on the original Switch after forcing myself to finish it the first time. The upgrade changed that. Looking forward to playing Tears of the Kingdom with the upgrade as well.

60fps with basically no frame drops. Gane looks great docked and in portable mode.

Gave this to someone I know, as I already own the Nintendo Switch 2 version. Mobile app features are nice, graphic updates and performance are also boosted greatly.

I will admit that I got this at the OG Switch Launch, but it just didn't "click" for me. This was the ONE Zelda game that I did not immediately love. So I gave it to my nephew. Fast Forward and I figured I would give it another shot on the Switch 2. And... it finally "clicked". A fantastic game that looks and runs amazingly. Recommend.

4k, 120hps, HDR. Need I say more? This unlocks a completely new experience of the game and is it something amazing. If you plan on replaying this game on the switch 2 or play it for the first time ever, THIS IS A MUST!!

The Switch 2 upgrade for TOTK is a breathe of fresh air to an amazing game. The higher resolution and smoother framerate is everything I ever wanted for the original Switch release. However, this upgrade doesn’t necessarily change much about the base game. It feels like it could’ve been a free upgrade instead which leads me to believe that some people wouldn’t feel it’s worth spending the $10 for it. For Zelda fans, this $10 upgrade should be an easy purchase.

Wow, the difference between this and the original version of this game. love my Nintendo switch2 too. The game looks a lot better and plays a little smoother. I haven’t put much more time in it yet, but will in the future.

I didn't like the way the game looked on switch 1, too washed out and low res. Only played 1 hour on sw1 then put 200 hours in once I started playing it on sw2.

I had a $10 off coupon to spend here at best buy, so I decided to buy both upgrade packs for this game, and Tears of the Kingdom. I own both games digitally, and bought them with the E-Shop vouchers. Really saved some cash. The 5 star rating is because these games are still decent launch experiences on the switch 2 if you have never played them before. Especially this game. I originally just wanted to use the coupon on this one upgrade pack, but the coupon wouldn't cover it for some odd reason. Oh well. Bought two 10 dollar upgrades, and shaved 10 off one. Still had to spend money though.

The game was already amazing on switch 1! Now on switch 2 the game is breathtaking. Anything you could think of is now improved for the next generation of gaming!

It’s as expected. Frame rate is great and the game itself is still phenomenal.

It's the same as the switch 1 version, but it loads faster and runs at 60 fps. It's a good upgrade

Love this remaster. Couldn’t have asked for a better remaster of this game from Nintendo. ❤️❤️
