I first played the game on the Nintendo Switch when it came out in 2017. This version of the game, with the upgrades, makes it SO much better. I collect physical, but if you have the game already for the Nintendo Switch, you can buy the upgrade pack which upgrades it digitally. Otherwise, this version is also compatible with the original Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 - the cart works in both systems. You just won’t get the upgrades if playing on the original Nintendo Switch. Wonderful game overall!

1. 60FPS on 4k is AMAZING 2. Engaging gameplay so many different styles of battle you would never get bored. 3. Story and characters are quite memorable. 4. Quicker loading times compared to Switch 1 version 5. Amazing soundtrack

Breath of the Wild throws you into the wild and lets you roam free. You can go anywhere you want and immerse yourself in the nature of Hyrule. There physics based gameplay like wind spreading fire, your hammers throwing enemies. You can tame a horse, glide. It’s really fun!

I haven't played it a bunch yet, but so far I'm loving the graphics, how clear the tutorial is, and the ease of use of the button setup.

My first Zelda game. Hate to admit it but this is my first Zelda game I've ever played. It's never been a series that interested me but on a whim, it's decided to give BOTW a try. The setting is gorgeous and game loads really quickly on switch 2. About 50 hours in and can't put it down. Such a mesmerizing experiencing and a testament to the power of storytelling and why I fell in love with gaming. Already bought TOTK and can't wait to begin that one.

My last time i play zelda was on gamecube twilight Princess, and this game is a fresh start start again and play all the games, great game great new mecanics but have a issue and hope nintendo fo back to it and i miss the dungeon on temple, great game alote stuff you can do on the game but the magic part of zelda is the dungeon but is my opinion, do recommend this game you can invest time on it.

Either switch 1 or Switch 2 upgrade — it’s a must have. If you consider yourself a “casual gamer” or just wanna unwind for 30 to an hour rather than “grind”, you can do just so in botw. Arguably the best game in the beloved series. No BOTW, no Crimson Desert — iykyk!!

This is the second time I have bought this game. Without a doubt my favorite game of all time. I highly recommend this game to everyone for its immersion. I dont usually like single player story games. Im more of an online gamer on my PS5 but this game rules

I’ve been playing Zelda since the original and this one does not disappoint! The graphics are really pretty. It’s definitely tough, but lots of fun.

A friend of mine loves this game, to the point of playing it 18 times. But they lost their switch one copy, so I got them this one and they love it.

The game looks and plays incredible on the Switch 2. I opted for the physical version to collect. You can get the upgrade free with ns online or pay $10 to upgrade. I wanted the new Switch 2 red cart, plus it saves storage space by having the game and update on the cart.
