Tears of the Kingdom completely pulled me in from the moment I started playing. The world is huge, detailed, and packed with things to discover. I thought Breath of the Wild set the bar high, but this one somehow takes everything that worked in that game and pushes it even further. Exploring never gets old because there’s always a new cave, sky island, or random event happening somewhere. The new abilities are really fun to use. Building things sounded complicated at first, but it ends up feeling natural once you start messing around with it. The freedom to solve puzzles in your own way makes the game feel personal, and some of the creations people come up with are wild. Even using the abilities in combat adds a whole new layer of strategy. The story is great too. It ties into the world in a way that feels meaningful, and the characters actually feel connected to what’s happening. I found myself wanting to explore every part of the map just to see how everything fits together. The music and atmosphere also hit perfectly during big moments. Performance on the Switch 2 has been smooth. Load times are quick, the visuals look cleaner than the original release, and exploring the sky and underground areas feels seamless. If you’re a Zelda fan or even just someone who loves open world adventure games, this is absolutely worth grabbing. It has a ton of content, feels polished, and gives you so much freedom to play the way you want. Easily one of my favorite games on the Switch.

One of the best games. Glad it was ported to the new switch. Looks even better. So much to do in this game. Very fun and recomend it for everyone.

Game looked good when I loaded it up. Made me go back and purchase breath of the wild to play first so I can truly get the full experience of this one

One of the most fun games to come out in 2023. The only reason I held off on playing it for over two years was that the performance was utter garbage. Now with the switch 2 update that gripe is gone

I can see what they were trying to go for with this game, but it just feels empty. BOTW had a more appealing atmosphere to it. Mechanically this game is better, but setting wise, not so much.

I have always loved The Legend of Zelda games and man oh man is this one an absolute blast. I’ve been playing this game every single day since I got it and can hardly put it down.
