I like this version and the very 1st one. I bought this for the nostalgic reasons and it definitely lived up to expectations. I must say when I wish younger I think I was more excited to see a female protagonist which is why I love the movie so much, but now I realize the film really isn't that great. Hillary swank was the definition of a true angsty teenager.

Not as great as the first 2 movies but I think it holds its own vs KK 3. I see they tried to go in a different direction although it seems too far off from the storyline of the first 3 movies

Video definitely looked good on the PS4 Pro but the movie itself not as good as the first 2...

As another review reported this would not play in any Blu-ray player that I owned and visually the disc itself looked unlike a normal Blu ray. This is the second copy that I purchased that has done this so I would avoid purchasing it until the issue is fixed. My purchase was refunded so I’m not out anything other than the inconvenience.

The disc will not play and appears to be "burned" rather than "pressed." I did not watch it until after BestBuy's return window ended. That's no fault of BestBuy, but it is disappointing.

From what I remember this movie was average it’s been a long time since I watch this one

I think that "The Next Karate Kid" was one of the greatest films of all-time and it was one of my favorite films of all-time. Hillary Swank was an amazing actor in this very entertaining and enjoyable film that had a lot of personal drama and action as well.

Take it our of your inventory. This disc is a DIGITAL disc and not a Blu Ray it will NOT play on any newer DVD player. Totally misrepresented on your web site. Return process very long and ponderous.
