The Popes - Outlaw Heaven - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Piroth is sisters Nina & Johanna Piroth from Stockholm, Sweden. The group's roots trace back to the sisters' childhood summers in the Austrian alps, where they began experimenting with harmonies and melodies together, eventually creating a unique style of folk-pop with a wide variety of influences, including punk, rock and bossa nova, among others. Their family roots in the melancholy of the Finnish region of Karelia are also evident in their songs. In the last four years Piroth have started a record tag and released two records (the ep InchAlternative TourInch and the debut album InchPrima BallerinaInch, both self-recorded and produced). On June 4th 2021, Night Beats - the Texas-born brainchild of Danny Lee Blackwell - will their fifth full-length, 'Outlaw R&B', via Fuzz Club Records. The album arrives following the 2019 'Myth of A Man' LP (produced by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys and released by Heavenly Recordings) as well as last year's 'That's All You Got' 7Inch. Made during the height of the California wildfires (where Blackwell currently resides), rioting in the streets and a nation in lockdown, the raucous technicolour rock'n'roll of 'Outlaw R&B' is a call to rejoice in some sorely needed post-apocalyptic hedonism. Instrumental Ensemble of the Polish Baltic Philharmonic in Gdansk Slawomir Stanislaw Czarnecki was born in 1949 in Jelenia Góra. In 1963-1969, he attended the State Music School in Czestochowa as a piano class student. It was also there where he took contact with Prof. Romuald Twardowski, with whom he had his first composition lessons. In 1969-1974, he studied composition at the Warsaw Higher State School of Music (currently the Chopin University of Music) in the class of Prof. Piotr Perkowski and Prof. Romuald Twardowski. Vespers for the Feast of the Exaltation of the Cross (Vesperæ in exaltatione Sanctæ Crucis) by Slawomir Czarnecki is a composition that is thoroughly imbued with the Christian tradition. It is almost a complete form of the evening breviary prayer of the Catholic Church written in Latin but already according to the post- -conciliar liturgy. The present album features a complete recording of the said work, dedicated to His Holiness Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI.
