Mediocre. Had high expectations and Until Dawn still blows this out of the water. Graphics are great and seeing more celebrities is nice though to me feels like it lacks any heart. Nothing meaningful happens until an hour or two into the game and ending is abrupt. Qte's are overly simple and have no feel of stress like UD had. Game overall overly simple and too many pointless dialogs. Definetely not worth $70-80. Between 2/3 stars for me.

From the makers of Until Dawn, which was a great game, comes The Quarry. I've played it at least twice now and graphics are really good. Controls sometimes aren't always the best, but that's kind of normal in these genre of games and the story kept me interested.

The code work just fine but the game has an enemy that feels like it was ripped right out of until dawn why couldn't they have come up with a better looking creature not to mention all big names from Hollywood don't really show up till towards the last 3rd of the game.

It’s okay but pretty expected. Not as fun as other games or horror movies.

Another well done game by this team. They have been getting better & better since transitioning from PSP games to full on AAA titles. I bought this on steam because I have a high end gaming PC so I want as much pretty as possible on my 65" LG C1 and this game delivers. Visuals aside (which are fantastic) the game also has some really great audio design and the voice acting is top notch. I don't want to say too much because of spoilers but suffice to say these games are well done. Most games that claim branching paths really don't change much (hello mass effect) but in this a single dialogue choice can lead to 15 min of completely different story beats either right away, or in an hour and with all the endings plus all the potential variations on scenes... There is literally up to 100 hours of game here if you want to experience absolutely everything. Now I can't wait for the last game in their dark picture anthology to see how it all ties together. This is definitely worth your money if you enjoy horror games, story focused games or anything this team has made in the past.
