Pros: Amazing looks for a daily backpack. Love the air tag/tracker small pocket. Love the ability to fully open from the front. Laptop compartment feels amazing and is very protective. Cons: shoulder clips popped off quick. Customer service from ridge was non existent; needed to replace divider in backpack and never heard a word back from them. I'm 6'3" (long torso) and this bag felt like I was using a kids bag at times. Stopped using after a year.

I am a fan of this backpack because if closely fits my needs. I ride an ebike sround town alot so i try multiple backpacks for how they feel. The ridge backpack has the slots I need for a laptop, airtag spare clothes and cables. The price is on a higher end but for the quality and features I like I am happy with my purchase.

Best travel backpack I’ve ever owned. Extremely sturdy with a lot of room for everything you need to pack into your “personal item” for under the seat on planes. Would recommend to anyone looking for premium traveling gear.
