[Employee of bestbuy] I really adore this power bank, but it's not without some not so acceptable flaws. The charging speed is impressive and it definitely lives up to the "fast charging" claims, and the built-in magnets for magsafe compatibility are strong enough to prevent any questions of if the pack will fall off the back of my phone, which initially was a concern given that the weight of this device is nearly double or more than that of today's average magsafe powerbank, and that's okay! I've come to prefer using quality power banks that hold more since most flagship phones nowadays have 5000+ MAH batteries, and if you weren't already aware, wireless charging technology isn't 100% efficient, meaning that even if your phone battery can take 5000 MAH, the power bank will likely use more than that amount with wireless charging to achieve a full juice of your smartphone, which makes me really appreciate this unit having more juice than the 5kMAH standard of today's magsafe products. This was spot on what I was looking for. The build feels VERY solid, and it's a very convenient addition to my everyday carry technology, however; I’m giving it 4 stars because firstly, the integrated braided cable isn't intuitive, after only the first few uses, the cable no longer goes back into its original storage spot on the unit. It doesn't retract or sit flush, which means it just dangles out. For a product at this price point designed for a clean and organized carry, I expected the cable to actually stay tucked away when not in use. Secondly, the digital display readout for battery percentage on 2 out of the 3 units I've gotten so far (as a control experiement) had visual anomalies making the first number in the battery percentage impossible to interpret. It’s a great unit for performance and battery bulking, however, both the cable management and display desperately need a design update. Overall I'd say if my experience with the device was without these two errors (readout/cable) I'd say the price is more than justified, the unit performs above expectations and so my only qualms come from the minor quality control errors which thankfully doesn't prevent the use of the product, not to mention the unit doesn't feel cheap at all, id just like to see these errors get addressed or at the very least deeply considered in a future product alike to this unit. Love the functionality of this thing. Can charge with either Lightning or MagSafe. It will be my main charger on upcoming trips, as it uses pass-through tech. When I charge the battery, any devices that are connected charge at the same time. Only complaint is a loud whirring noise occasionally when using the MagSafe charging. Very annoying, but stops when you reattach you phone once.

Sturdy little MagSafe charger. Glad I picked it up. Was pretty perfect for my needs. Really needed something I could toss my watch on when I didn’t get it charged. I like the flexibility. Watch charger, AirPods on MagSafe pad or via built in cables. Phone obviously. Cables don’t stay tucked in all the time and I have to push them in. Not a big deal though. I like the cables being included if needed. I’m not rough on cables so I know they’ll last. Not sure if I’d trust built in cables for someone rougher on cables, but then I’d just say use the MagSafe. Wireless phone charging is a little slower than I’d like, but it gets the job done and works with passthrough charging as long as you’re not trying to portrait mode while charging and stand. Definitely trust the magnets though. Nice firm grip. I was using this as added grip while waiting my my case to arrive for my new phone and I wasn’t worried at all about it popping off. Worked as a great little stand as well. Overall I’m just being overly critical and it really is a good product. Good job Ridge.

The Ridge Wallet MAGSAFE POWERBANK is a performer. Held charge on a two-week international trip and all the way home. Percent charge display is very helpful and the attached cords flawlessly attached and recharged my aging iPhone. Very useful in airports and on buses where plugs can be scarce.
