This Is A Great Remake And Love Movie Plot Twists.

I saw this movie twice now, first time in the theatre. I really enjoyed it! So I decided to buy it on DVD so that I can watch it at my leisure!

After watching the original again, I'm pleased to say that I enjoyed both versions of this film. Dylan Walsh is very creepy as the muderous s-father and the rest of the cast does a nice job. Nelson McCormick does a nice job as director even though to me he isn't trying to outdo Joe Ruben, the music by Charlie Clouser-SAW'S composer makes the mood as creepy. My only real complaint is only director's cut is buyable on DVD and you have no option for the PG-13 version, only the unrated. Some movies on DVD have given you the option between the unrated/ theatrical version-but not this one. Oh well. Before assuming that the remake isn't any good, give it a shot you may be surprised.
