The Warriors is a film that belongs in everyone’s film library and American film studies. And to anyone who is “serious” about film history. A snapshot, a time capsule of the times, ... an analog freeze frame of the 70’s in American moviemaking!

It has been a favorite of mine since it was released.

An urban classic. This movie was good for its time. If you like older films about gangs, you should check this out. Not enough extra content and no digital download available. However this movies is usually on sale.

The warriors is always gonna be one of those great classic films that will always be remembered if your one one the few people who have not seen it please pick it up and treat yourself it truly is a great film.

This movie is great and even tho it's from the 1979, it takes u into the lifestyles of the gangs of the five boroughs of New York City. It really gives you inside look of the gang life in the city.

Cult Classic! One of my favs. Director Walter Hill at his Best. Great cast and lots of action. A must see. Yours truly Mike Ornelas.

This was a great movie in the theaters, and it is still a powerful fun piece of moviedom today. I enjoyed the director's, choreographer's, and actors' explanations of choices made, including the comic-style scene transitions, scene locations and methods used (such as circles of "gang members" running in opposite directions to depict hurried departure, and iconic moments (such as three bottles clinking together, with the sing-song "Warriors! Come out to pla-a-ay!"

A classic movie and one I think is underrated. Couldn't pass it up for 5 bucks
