I had cupping done at a therapy session over a year ago and I always said I would try to let my wife experience that. Well bringing this home for late Valentine day gift was great. She loves it and uses it often. This is really helped out with some of her minor back pain.

I recently tried the Therabody Theracup, and it’s easily one of the most unique recovery tools I’ve added to my wellness routine. If you’re familiar with traditional cupping therapy, this takes that experience and gives it a serious tech upgrade. The adjustable suction levels and built-in heat therapy make it super customizable. Whether I need a deep treatment or something lighter, it’s easy to tweak. The app control is a nice touch, but honestly, the manual controls work great on their own too. Rechargeable & Portable. No messy cords, just charge it and go. It's compact enough to toss in a gym bag. After a tough workout or a long shift at work, it helps loosen tight muscles and improve circulation. I could feel a noticeable difference in recovery time.

It helps with pain and swore muscles. Very good heat and suction. I usually turn off the vibration because it does nothing for me and saves the battery life to over an hour. I haven’t tested how long the battery will last because it hasn’t turn off on me yet.

Works as advertised battery life is excellent I use for my neuropathy

This works good and holds a charge but would be nice if it had a remote for areas like the back.

What a great way to get rid of pain at home through a consumer unit with Therabody. It has already helped and area on my lower neck and shoulder area.

The Theracup does a great job of putting pressure on a specific area of your body. It has a good grip once you apply the pressure! To have a greater experience with the Theracup, it may be better to have more than one to have a better experience if you want relief on certain parts of your body.
