After trying other brands vibrating foam rollers I was skeptical bc they’ve all been way too firm and felt like bricks essentially vibrating and causing more pain than good. I had really great luck with the Theragun G4 pro that I had to at least give it a try and the results have been amazing. The roller is soft yet firm enough to massage but doesn’t feel like you’re rolling on a concrete log. I like that it has 5 speeds so you can really hone in on your needs depending on how you trained. My quads, hamstrings, and calves have never felt better but I also stand on it to really dig into the feet. Build quality is top notch and I highly recommend this to anyone who needs recovery that gets just a little deeper.

Foam rollers are amazing. However, this vibrating foam roller is a night and day difference for overall muscle recovery. Whether you're an avid athlete or just an everyday person that suffers from any sort of muscle pain, this thing is phenomenal. It's firm enough to attack your tight muscles, but also soft enough to not cause pain. The five different vibrating levels work great for all types of injuries or muscle soreness. Highly recommend. And it is very easy to travel with.

This foam roller is everything!! It’s soft like regular foam rollers but, like all Therabody devices, it packs a punch. I’ve put all my weight on it, 190lbs, in full power mode and it still works wonders. And the best part about this is that its small enough to pack in a travel bag. I travel for work and this packs easily without taking up much space. This is my 3rd device I’ve purchased from Therabody, also have the theragun elite and mini, and it seems to get way better and more convenient to travel with.

Great little addition to my pre and post workout routine. I have a really bad lower back. Using this when I wake up and before I go to bed has been very helpful in helping with the pain. Only down side is it vibrates so hard it shakes the floor and confuses my dog.

One of the best tools I have ever bought. The vibration is strong and very effective at massaging muscles after a workout. The shape and size are perfect for working over your larger limbs and muscles. Well worth the cost!

I love this roller/messager!!! I usually put it on 3 or 4 a nice and strong vibration after a hard days work. I place my feet on it and it helps restore my tired feet. I place the roller on my hands (top) to help renew my hands. I relax my neck over it (low vibration) and it soothes sore muscles. Im a carrier and this is my favoite "go to" device at the end of the day!

I bought this because it was on sale and boy am I glad I did. This roller seems excessive but once you've cracked your back and simultaneously get a massage, you'll change your mind. My lady friends poke fun at me for getting it but they wouldn't know a good thing if it aligned and massaged their back into better health.

Absolute must have if you are starting or currently on a fitness journey. No doubt this is a luxury at its price point but if you’re able to get it on sale or have a gift card to use towards it I guarantee it’ll help you roll out those nagging knots. Also: the massage feature is an amazing plus. You don’t need to utilize it at all times but it definitely feels good on the muscles after a gnarly workout.

Most days I feel “young”, but on occasion I get an ache in my lower back which can make anyone feel like they are 90 or something. Rollers help, but they take so much time. But the vibration in this roller? I can “fix” myself in mere minutes. What a great idea and so worthy of my money!

This is as usual a great product from Therabody , you never you need it until you’ve tried one , I tried this a friends house and I knew I had to get one, a foam roller that vibrates ! Take my money ! It has very strong vibration and fits in any chair for your low back . Use like any foam roller with or without the vibration , has 5 modes . Get one ! It’s worth it for post recovery or after any activity.

Bought this on a whim, I use it every day. It’s perfect for sore muscles, but it also works on your central nervous system, because of the vibration which is very strong. I also use it on my stomach helps digestion. Well worth the money.

Its ok, but the Theragun is really much better. Yes it vibrates, and yes it has 5 levels of vibration. However, I am not convinced that it is better than a non-vibrating foam roller. On the other hand, the Theragun made by the same company is way better and easier to use on more body parts than this foam roller. I use Theragun almost every day and this Wave Roller rarely.

Definitely strong! I shook my hardwood floor 1st time I used it. Great option to replace my basic foam roller. My husband also used as more of a relaxation tool for his legs as you would a vibrating massage chair. Happy with our purchase!

This was my Christmas gift for my self! What a wonderful massager! Sure there are plenty of wired options out there like wands and neck massagers. But once you have this wireless tube, the possibilities are endless! I put in lowest vibrate setting and just place next to my shoulder or belly at night. It helps me to go sleep faster!!

What a great gadget to have invested in... i take this thing with me to the gym, and find myself frequently using it after workouts. Especially if one of the massage guns is not around, its so helpful to have this guy because it can easily be used on various areas of the body. Love it! Comes w/ a cute little travel case/bag too.

Quality construction. Great battery life! There is a learning curve but, not too bad. I haven't used the app yet and I'm not sure why I would?

This motorized foam roller is highly effective in reducing pain in muscles and nerves after an ortho surgery (both hip & knee). The app that goes with this model is helpful in understanding how to use the roller for specific areas of the body. The time it takes to reduce/minimize pain is less than 5 minutes. Great addition to pain management techniques.
