Awesome massage tool! Helps relieve tight muscles and compact enough to travel with , especially if you’re a runner and do destination races . Battery life is great too!

It works. Turns out it is easier if you are using against a wall vs. holding it while lying down. The vibration selection is straightforward 3 speeds and off. I've used it for my ongoing palsy symptoms and it works so long as you remember to be gentle. Too firm and the pressure no longer focuses on the facsia but underlying tissue. Never press on bones, especially at higher speeds.

It is a powerful little portable device. Really packs a punch for loosening up tight muscles and it charges quickly. It is a musthave for the frequent traveler.

Great way to reach the spots your gun can't get. Good battery life, good power. App is almost worthless, but you don't need it to use the product anyway.

It helps my tight neck muscles. I’m very happy with it. It’s small enough to carry in the car and in the air plane. Sitting for a long time gives me spasms in my lower back. This ball does the trick.

Great product, works really well for what it is. I use this when I travel, probably the best travel massage solution out there if you like to pack light like me.

I recently picked up the Therabody Wave Solo for a golf trip. It is very compact and TSA-approved. I was able to use this for my lower back pain on the airplane with no distractions. Also, took it to the golf course to loosen up before and while playing. I highly recommend it when you don’t want to travel with a larger device.

Overall works very well and is effective for most muscles. However, the ball is too hard for some exercises and does not feel comfortable.

Great product for my post-op bunion therapy. Helps stretch and soothe the big toe joint. I do wish it was completely round so could be rolled without worrying about where the flat part is. But for small movements, it's more than adequate. Now I actually enjoy doing my foot exercises!

Sad to admit however I have become the weekend warrior and with this responsibility I have been battling plantar fasciitis and some Achilles’ tendon tightness. This vibrating ball has helped me tremendously! I am stretching more etc but this product has been a game changer with my recovery.

Well. I got this for my husband with another non portable foot massager. Of course this was not as awesome. Got it on sale for $80. The week before Xmas It was at another retailer for $60. Not wanting to hassle, I kept it. It’s good, but nothing like out theragun. But planning to use at Disney after long days on our feet.

Great product for getting those hard to reach knots. The app has routines to help work specific areas as well. Battery lasts a good amount of time and charges fast.

These are nice, helps on calfs, forearms and thighs. Cant help but want to reach for the theragun percusive massager when I use these though to get a deeper massage.

The brand says it all. This comes in a great size and it does an amazing job massaging and soothing the muscles. The battery life is great.

Perfect just what the Doctor ordered. But, it ain't cheap.
