After install just over a month ago, we still are unable to enjoy what we thought would be a great addition to our bar. The top drawer has yet to remain cold, and the bottom freezer drawer is a fridge sometimes. Several calls, chats with both Geek Squad and Bosch (1.5 hours to closets technicians). Parts replaced. Still no luck. Another appointment set with no option of replacing the unit. Fustrating!

This unit never worked well, it doesn’t work now.

We installed one of these units in 2017. Less than two years later we had to have it serviced, it never got better. We had repeat problems until this week, when the board stopped working. After ordering this $1000+ part we were informed Thermador didn’t manufacture the control board anymore. Time to buy another unit and brand.
