Dishwasher amazing! Installation horrible

This dishwasher rocks! The installation was horrible. Within a month, it had become Loose. Installer said he didn’t have the right screw. Then. He did. Best Buy washed their hands of the situation. I was a loyal buyer. Not anymore.

NOT Quiet !!!

It isn't very quiet. I only run it after bedtime but I can still hear it. We've owned Viking, Kitchen Aid, and Whirlpool dishwashers and this one is by far the noisiest. The sales person said it was quiet but he was wrong.

Don’t buy a Thermador
I should have just sticked to the old dishwasher I had!! The dishwasher is not drying it leaves the dishes wet!!!! Not worth the price.

Hello Juliet, thank you for your review. We are truly sorry to hear you are not getting the best drying results from this dishwasher model.
Here are some tips that should help:
1. Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. *This doesn't have to be added for each cycle, you fill the reservoir then the dishwasher will indicate when the reservoir is empty and needs to be refilled.*
2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil.
3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results.
4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack.

Poor sprayer design

After 1 yr I really regret this purchase. Every few cycles you must fish out food pieces from the tiny holes in the sprayers. The poor design allows food in but no way out. Or clean all your dishes before (we already rinse) but then what’s the point?
