Unreliable brand

Unreliable brand. I have a prior model that died after 8 years and Thermador does not sell replacement parts for something made just 8 years ago. This is an $8,000 freezer going into the landfill after 8 years. Avoid the Thermador brand. Go buy some Whirpool product; you'll also have to throw that out after 6-8 years but at it costs 1/3 the price for the same unreliability.
