Finally received the fridge and it is amazing!!! The look is very dramatic I like how tall it is. Most built in fridges have the large panel on the top for the compressor, but this goes all the way to the top. That could be a problem for a shorter people the top shelf and door bins are 6’ high. Over all simply amazing it was a long 7 month wait to get it since it was a pre order.

We love our Thermador - Freedom Collection 26.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Built-in Smart Refrigerator. It is nearly the same size as the one it replace but looks and feels soo much bigger. The French door style is just perfect for our active life style. We have only had it a few weeks and we already do not know how we liked our old fridge. It seems so vintage after using this one. We highly recommend this fridge to all 5-65 if you are active and on the go.

This refrigerator surpassed all of our expectations. The storage, functionality, flexibility, and design are far superior to other refrigerators we looked at, The team that took our old refrigerator out and installed our new one went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend Best Buy to anyone. They were a pleasure to work with.

First scheduled delivery was delayed do to item not in warehouse. Second delivery they come out with 2 guys to move a refrigerator that took 4 guys to put on the truck. They stated I should have asked for a 4 man crew which I replied I have no idea how to do your job. So leave and reschedule me not for the next day but a week later. They send 4 guys and they can't seem to figure out how to go up 4 steps on to the porch. They call 2 more guys to help still no one can get it up the four steps. I finally make a call for another company and schedule them to move the frig into the house and have Best Buys guys put it into my garage. Did I mention I removed all my items from the frig and freezer twice and had to put it back twice and now I have a new $18,000 frig in my garage for another week. 3 days off work and empty my frig for the 3 time. Oh and the guys told me to remove my copper water line and put in the cheap plastic so they could hook up my frig so I did that which was another day off and more money just to find out that the copper line is better and safer and the new company would have used it to install the water line. So you tell me how many stars? Can't give a review on the frig since its in the box still.

There is a serious issue with app connectivity. Fridge is working ok, but the app support is horrendous. Csnnot register the fridge, cannot view cameras, nothing is available via app. At that price - it should have come up with much better app snd customer service. After almost three months - still struggling with firdge registration. Save yourself a lot of time and money - buy different brand!!

We really like thermometer products, and the refrigerator. The bad part is there’s a software issue. We’ve had the refrigerator a month. We’ve been back-and-forth with customer service from Thermidor and we have gotten nowhere. We’re about ready to return it and look at a different brand. Thermador said they are experiencing a software issue but seriously after one month this has not been cleared up and they’ll communicate with us and then we won’t hear from them for two or three days or even longer.

Poor space planning: Top shelf & door bins are about 6 feet off the floor. Hard to reach & harder to see what is on the shelf. NOTE: there is no way to adjust the shelves or door bins without just removing some of them. Freezer drawers don't hold as much as more conventional single panel with interior full width pull outs. Comes with 2 ice makers - choice of type of ice cubes... Really?? Interior water dispenser should have an auto fill pitcher.
