Great Product- But Don't Purchase from Best Buy!
Great Product- but don't purchase from Best Buy. This product works super well, but unfortunately you will struggle to enjoy it with the sub par customer service experience you will receive from the Best Buy install and management team- if shopping at the Palm Beach Gardens FL location. Be sure to source alternative appliance vendors

Thermador Oven
The oven is fantastic. No problems. Worked great for Thanksgiving. My complaint is I was told I would be able to use gift cards to pay on the best buy credit card. Unfortunately I was told the incorrect information. Now my credit card points gift cards came in the mail. I am stuck with over 600 dollars in gift cards.
