We upgraded from a GE Cooktop. Working very well but not as powerful as Viking cooktop. Easy to clean and ignition works perfectly. As part of installation, we had to change to a bigger size pipe for the gas outlet and also cut the countertop to fit the unit as it is deeper. We tried Viking cooktop before and ran into constant issues with ignition not working and cleaning was hard.

First I need to appreciate the customer service of Best Buy. They have improved drastically and go out of their way for customer satisfaction. Specially the Princeton NJ - Pacific sales store. Twice I had to exchange big appliance as I was not happy with them and they did it with a smile. I bought this cooktop because the Kitchenaid i purchased earlier was badly designed. It had 5 burners but you could never use more than 3 because of tight space between them. This Thermador has excellent layout to fit 5 pans at the same time, really easy to clean and burners are really powerful. Its way more pricey but I am really happy with it.

I like the way burners are positioned! Very convenient to actually use all five burners at a time. The star shape burners distribute heat evenly! Two reasons for 4 stars (and not 5) is that 1. small burner is not as small as I’d like, and 2. This stove is EXPENSIVE.

I chose to buy a Thermador stove after researching online and speaking to friends who invested in quality appliances. We are a family that cooks fresh food daily and the stove makes cooking fun. I love the biggest burner as it speeds up cooking and reduces cooking time significantly (e.g. cooking down onions/tomatoes). Wiping the knobs down is the only thing I find difficult to do without triggering the starter.

Heats up quickly, nice clean lines easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

We love our Thermador stove top. You can’t go wrong with Termadore. It cooks everything beautifully. This is our first stove top. We had the range in our last home. We had all Thermadore through out our kitchen. Amazing customer service.

This is the second 5 burner Thermador cooktop I’ve owned. They have made a great improvement. The pedestal burner design makes cleaning the occasional boil over easier to clean. Thanks Thermador.

Works great with excellent & strong heating power. I wish there were an option for very low flame on at lease one of the burners.

Excellent cooktop, beautiful finish that doesn't look cheap compared to other brands. Decided not to get the XtraLow because i didn't need it.

We all love cooking on this cooktop, the amount of fire produced through each burner is perfect.

This cooktop works great, is easy to clean and looks fabulous in our kitchen.

Very disappointed with this range. Even at the lowest setting, it is too hot too simmer. Other model have an extra low setting, which probably allows simmering. This the third Therador cooktop we have had in 20 years and is the worst performer

Excellent Thermador gas cooktop products buy again

Overall very happy with Thermador Cooktop!! Scheduling the installation was kind of hard as it kept changing the dates on me.

Product is working fine. There was a gas leak and the installers had to come back out to repair.

Best of the best really worth the value, Best Buy good service.

Thermador appliances are very clean and attractive look. We have not used it yet but, very excited to operate and hoping there will be no issues.

As expected from Thermador, this is an excellent product.

Who knew it would take 6 weeks to receive a cooktop. Plan ahead, way ahead!
