I couldn't be happier with the choice I made in purchasing this Thermador cooktop. Having looked at many cooktops online i opted for the Thermador. It has so many wonderful features. Extremely well designed, good quality, simmer features etc. The home expert advisor and installation guy were helpful and knowledgeable.

This cooktop is beautiful and the extra low flame setting for sauces is fantastic. Love the 5 burners that are so easy to clean around.

We chose this brand and model partially due to availability but are glad we did. We love the X-Lo burners and how easy it is to clean. We also find the star shaped design of the burners heat more evenly than the round ones we've had in the past. Would definitely recommend to others!

It certainly does what it is supposed to, but keeping a stainless steel cooktop clean is problematic. In fact, keeping SS appliances, in general, takes effort. Looks great, but the cleaning is a pain. The first unit delivered was missing parts from the box and had stains. Some residue from manufacturing. The installation guys installed it anyway and made brackets from plumbing strap. A non-professional install. I called BestBuy to complain about the issues. They scheduled a return and new install. The second unit had all of the parts in the box. The unit was clean. The installers did an excellent job. IN the end, other than cleaning, we are happy with the product.

This is my second Thermador cooktop and I love it. Really high heat burners, 2 burners also have extra low heating and intermittent heat. The burners sit a little higher than my previous cooktop from 12 years ago. There are 3 models and this cooktop is the middle, it seems to heat a lot higher than older lower version. I am very happy with my purchase.

Thermadore Cooktop makes cooking a pleasure. Five burners, from low to the highest flame, easy to clean. Perfect!!!

The cooktop was sold as open box excellent. When I opened the box, the cooktop had multiple blemishes and was missing 3 of 5 burners along with some other parts. I also bought a 3 year warranty to go with the cooktop. The store told me it was a corporate problem. Best Buy corporate told me it was a repair problem. The two repairmen that came today just said it was my problem. They stated I got a good deal and Best Buy has a standing policy not to honor their open box excellent condition as being unblemished and including all the parts. They did order some of the parts that were missing but not all the parts nor would discuss the condition of the cooktop even after admitting that it was in fair condition at best. My word of warning is that Best Buy excellent condition does not exist. The repairman even related a story of another customer that had bought a tv with a huge scratch across the set that Best Buy refused to correct. I am not an isolated incident so please beware

Star burners help with an even heat. Very easy cleanup as well.

This Thermador gas cooktop is an excellent addition to any kitchen and was easy to install and operate

Given the brand and the price, very mediocre quality. Scratches very easily, the stars tarnish the black cover and very hard to clean after cooking (buy those with round) very thin stainless steel.

Renovating my kitchen and just purchased a Thermador gas cooktop!! So excited to get it installed! I own a Thermador refrigerator and swear by it! My refrigerator 18 years old and still going strong!

very good unit. I like the smooth control over the gas flow. it is possible to accuratly go even to very low flow without the flame dying. We toot the installation option, and the tecnitions were very good in the work, they did the installation in a very careful and accurate way.

Thanks to the manager he and the employyees really knew what they were talking about... cooking like a chef now... hahaha XD very easy to clean!!!!

Great cooktop. Also love the blue light which stays on if the burner is on. My daughters have left our old cooktop on many times. No more.

I really like the EXL feature for keeping food warm!

heat is distributed evenly. cooked fish and chicken that was very tender. also very easy to clean

Love my new stovetop thermadore is an excellent product my last one was over 20 years old and still in great shape

My only complaint was that the pick up at he store was horrible! Once I got the stove top home and opened it everything was great!
