I’ve have had this range top for two years and has worked really really really good. Good brand excellent quality.

I love the power of this gas cooktop, but I started having trouble when turning it on! Sometimes I need to turn all the burners to get it going! The letters next to the knobs are just fading away, quality is bad. I have had other less expensive cooktops in my life that never “peeled off” like this one. This is the reason I am giving only two starts to this cooktop! So sad!

Burners are good. Energy efficient. However I didn’t like the material. It’s really light weight material. Cleaning is very big problem because of the shape of the burner and they don’t come out. So it’s very difficult to clean. Having hard time working with Best Buy to replace it for upgraded model even though I have total membership.

Not impressed with quality as I am with our oven. Electronic pilot is finicky and does not always ignite. The previous version with a igniter at each burner never failed.

I am very happy with this unit. However I am not happy with Thermador not making a straight replacement of the cooktop we had. As a result we had to make a few small changes to allow it to fit in our cooktop area. Thank you

Great...This is the second Thermador i had been used. The first one last 14 years. This one is more BTU and very easy to clean. I strongly recommended. To me , Thermador is best.

This is my second Thermador gas cooktop and I love this one as much as the first. Great quality, fast cooking times and really easier to clean than it looks.

The process of getting exactly what I needed at my renters house was so easy, I can't tell you how grateful I was to have George Gonzales assisting me. He came over to the house to see if the range will fit? and spend hours on the computer helping me fill out the forms. I'm a little slow on my tech ability so George was so patient, I kept telling him, I'm sorry. He kept saying no problem. He was so patient, and never let me down. I would have cried if I had to do this all by myself. After that was done, a man came to install the cook top. He did it so quickly, I was amazed. This was all done in two days! I just couldn't believe it! George is a genius! He handles himself very well professionally and he works very hard with his trade. He is someone you can rely on for any difficult work you need.I love to put pictures on to show you how beautiful the cooktop looks but I don't know how to do that, I don't even know how to sign my name on the first line. I'm computer illiterate. I would give him 100 or more points but I don't know how to put the pictures on this page. I'm sorry! Just so you know, the cooktop is beautiful and it works great the renters are so happy and that makes me happy! Thank you so much for having George there to help me. I was so lucky to have him.

This is an overpriced unit. In less than an year I have had the led lights go out which was fixed under warranty . An now just after the warranty period the cast iron burners are cracking. Customer service is awful and would not replace what is essentially a manufacturing defect. The steel is very poor quality and scratches easily

Very nice. Just be sure that all of the 5-star porcelain burner covers are in the correct place in order to avoid the ignition mechanism from continuously firing. Love the way that it cooks.

Philip and his partner did a good god to install even they have to cut my counter top. They did a good job to install the gas pipe and did a thorough check for gas leakage. One minor suggestion for improvement, they wore shoe cover in the house but forgot to take out when they went out to get tools. They wore shoe cover walked outside and then walk in the house. Our third party repairment will take out shoe cover before went outside and put back before they come back.

The star burners really make the heating more even and more precise.

Great for big family.. we can put large pots at same time. Easy cleaning.

Great cook top. Takes a little getting used to just because it’s so much stronger than our old one.

Thermadore 36” masterpiece star burner build in gas cooktop is very powerful.

It is a good cooktop, but I wanted to have 5 ignition buttons on side. Otherwise, very nice cooktop!

Burners light quickly and burn consistently on all sides.
