Garbage quality (see image attached).

Garbage quality from a supposed "luxury" brand. During routine cleaning and maintenance, the "Thermador" branding and lettering on the unit is wearing off and being removed simply by wiping the surface with a standard cleaning cloth. I bought this a year ago. Contacted thermador and no solutions! What a joke of a company!

Great fan, but not working properly

This is a powerful downdraft fan for the price range. But it didn’t pop up all the way up after couple uses. And even the service person cannot fix it. We changed a new one and still didn’t pop up all the way up when the filters are on.

today I had a technician come to the house to measure our exsiting setup to confirm if the telescopic downdraft we already purchased would fit. The sales person came to the house and measure and advised it would fit with no problem, however, today's technician says otherwise.. 4 starts not to the tech who came out, but to your process that seems a little out of order

This machine and the blower are sold separately, and the product description includes the power of the blower, it is easy to misleads the buyer.

Heavy duty downdraft

This downdraft raises at a push of a button. It has a nice stainless steel finish. The overall product seems well made. It raises high to efficiently suck down fumes from tall pots. It integrates nicely with the Thermador freedom induction cooktop.

Great downdraft fan. First installation was not good. Have to have service person come out to adjust it and then now is good.
