Fantastic Thermidor oven

Beautiful addition to my kitchen appliances. Has a sleek design with electronic and digital display. My favorite part is when you turn on the oven and it lights up with the Thermidor logo and makes a musical sound. Very elegant design. The 3 racks with 7 different positions makes cooking many dishes available. Well constructed and I love cooking dinner for my family of four almost every night. Highly recommend purchasing this oven.

We purchased this oven last September and it only worked for a few months. I have had four technicians come out to try to fix the problem. they have replaced the cooling fan the panelboard and the thermostat and it still doesn't work. I have tried to work with thermador customer service and they have been horrible. Constantly making us jump through hoops to get it replaced. Bottom line: Nice looking oven but doesn't work so what good does that do us? Terrible customer service as well. Don't waste your money.

Delivery took 8 months. Nice sleek looking appliance. Takes some time to adjust to the touch controls. The smart feature is great as alerts delivered to your phone.

The oven is not smart but it is very annoying. It’s connected to the Internet but it doesn’t know what time it is. It doesn’t tell you what temperature it’s at as it heats up and when you set the timer it starts immediately instead of when it’s heated up. It’s brand new but doesn’t heat evenly. It constantly updates its software so will it even work if I decide not to keep it online? Just don’t buy this.
