Product is fine although the user interface is clunky and a bit laggy. Great looking design though and you get used to the interface. Ordering and delivery through Best Buy is terrible though and I would recommending buying from a place that specializes in large appliances. Missed delivery dates, trying to get in touch with a person who knows anything about anything is nearly impossible, etc.

Recently installed these ovens after a year of waiting. We did all Thermador appliances in a recent remodel and I’ve been thrilled with all of them until we received these. The top speed oven and lower oven both have their own control panels. This is fine except I have to bend over quite a ways to see the screen of the lower oven and the angle/screen color make it difficult to see. The lower oven takes forever (even in rapid preheat) to preheat. I haven’t timed it but it’s at least 20 minutes or so. The speed oven will take some learning and seems fine. However, because it’s a microwave and the door comes down it is difficult to reach in to clean splatters. On a positive note they are beautiful and have all kinds of possibilities but I cook a lot and want fast easy to use appliances and these aren’t it. We did however switch from our gas stove to the Thermador induction cooktop and I absolutely love it.

Very loud speed oven

Love almost everything about the speed oven/microwave but when you press the buttons they are very, very, LOUD, even on lowest sound setting!
