Thermador - PROFESSIONAL SERIES 36"

Bought this hood along with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Sales person said the top part came with the hood and if I had a higher ceiling I would need an extension. Hood arrived without the top part and I’m being told I need to purchase it separately. I waited over 7 months for it to arrive and it’s dented. Now it’s on back order again for another 6 months. Would not go through this hassle again.

Customer service at Thermador is trash. If you have an issue you will be out of luck. Called, sent email, and still haven’t heard back regarding our issue with the finish/stainless steel. Going on 4 weeks… Being a higher end appliance I expect higher end customer service and products.

Misleading product specification

The photo is misleading, it comes only the hood and not the duct cover shown in the picture. You need to spend another $600 to buy the duct cover.
