Love this oven! My kitchen dosnt get hot when I use both ovens at same time. Has everything from wifi to built in thermostat to check on meats while cooking.

We purchased the Thermador - Professional Series 29.8" Built-In Double Electric Convection Wall Oven - Stainless steel oven through Pacific Kitchen Sales. It has been nothing but trouble since it was installed. The oven failed (shut down on the 23rd of Dec. just in time to ruin Christmas Eve and Christmas meals). It has shut down in the middle of baking on four different occasions. The oven doesn't heat to the desired temperature. Technicians have been out to "fix" the oven three times and it still doesn't work. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We had a terrible experience with BestBuy,the oven hant been installed as of yetn due to difficulties wth the adminstration scheduling and the contracted installers;its been horrible!!!

I purchased this double convection oven from Best Buy - Pacific Home and had it for 5 years before selling my home. I loved, loved it and never had an issue with it the entire time I owned my home. I cooked a moderate amount when I loved at my house and also entertained and the convection oven performed flawlessly! I wouldn't hesitate owning another Thermador.

love this oven, replaced a bosch whose buttons failed, oven replaced, then failed again. This oven is heavenly to work with, love the KNOBS. we use both top and bottom for all kinds of cooking and its a delight
