It's okay, I guess. We bought this because our last wine fridge died and we wanted to match our other kitchen appliances. For what they charge for these, the quality should be much better. With our unit, we noticed the handle flexes under load (not very sturdy), the fridge box flexes and distorts as the door is opened and closed (as opposed to maintaining its shape), and the hinges creak like an old wooden boat when operated. I called Thermador and the customer service was not very helpful and pretty cavalier about their approach. I'm the type of customer that, when asked to pay $3800 for an item, I'd like to see $3800 worth of quality. That isn't here, with this item.
