Replaced a 24 year old Thermador, that was still working by the way with this unit. The technology advances and aesthetics are phenomenal. So far after several washes, it performs very well, is extremely quiet and dries very well when using jet dry. Hopefully this one lasts like the old one.

good quality. good app technology (which I did not know how helpful it would be). The machine will send me an alert if low on rinse-aid, and will remind me to clean the filter at the base. Both warnings are helpful to me.

Bad insulation dishwasher

Disappointed Best buys installers. They hooked the hose up for the brand new dishwasher of the brand new garbage disposal and I have a sliding drawer custom cabinet. It keeps getting caught on the drawer. I called about to ask about it. I would like to get this fixed, please because paid all these money for these cameras and the hoes it get stuck on the drawer Please can you help me David

Flimsier than the same model from 16 years ago!

We bought this Thermador Sapphire dishwasher to replace our finally-dying 16-year-old Thermador Sapphire dishwasher. So this is basically the exact same model as we bought back then, just updated. But this one is is built *SO* much flimsier!! The racks and tines and everything are not nearly as sturdy as the 16-year-ago version. Everything seems thin and wobbly in comparison. We also preferred the physical buttons on the old one over the touch-buttons on this one. Also, I find it unconscionable that unless you connect it to the Internet, you are limited on what functions you are allowed to use! We have not connected it, so we are living with fewer functions.

The regular cycle is over 2 hours which is kind of crazy. They positioned the utensil holders are placed in the back of the lower pull out which means you have to pull it completely out just to add a spoon. They do not fit in the front so I had to buy a different one. It only cleans "so so". My last dishwasher (15 year old Thermador) cleaned MUCH better.

The following tips may help you achieve better cleaning results. (1) Make sure the dishwasher filter (located at the bottom) is cleaned regularly. To remove debris, wash it with soap and a soft brush under running water. (2) Make sure there is enough space between items when loading the dishes. Ensure that the spray arms can move freely after loading the dishwasher. (3) Add rinse aid, a rinse agent or rinse aid helps water droplets slide off dishware so water marks can't be seen. (4) Clean your dishwasher's spray arms. Make sure there are no blockages in the holes by running it under water. To remove debris from the holes, use a toothpick. (5) Run a dishwasher cleaner through the dishwasher (Finish dishwasher cleaner, or Glisten Dishwasher Magic can be used). Horrible customer service - installation

Purchased a new Thermador dishwasher. Installed incorrectly - would not drain. Scheduled a service call to reinstall. Had to wait 4 days for the appointment. Installer canceled - Best Buy call center was absolutely zero help. Go to a local appliance store or Nebraska Furniture Mart. I will never buy another item from Best Buy. See ya.
