I used the Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM on my GPU, and I am impressed with the results. The pad is easy to cut to size and applies evenly. My GPU temperatures are lower, and I no longer hear the fan running at high speeds constantly. It’s a good product that performs well and feels durable. I would recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their cooling setup.

The Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM is an exceptional alternative to traditional thermal paste. Installing it on my GPU/CPU was straightforward—just cut to size, apply, and pull off the protective film. Under load, temperatures dropped noticeably compared to stock paste, and thermal throttling is completely gone. Because it’s a phase-change material, it turns semi-liquid under heat to fill micro-gaps perfectly, but cools back down without pump-out issues or messy re-applications down the road. Highly recommended if you want liquid-metal-like performance without the risk of conductivity!

Amazing thermal interface solution offered by Thermal Grizzly. I would recommended to anyone using a laptop or similar compact devices to upgrade to this product. Average temperatures dropped immediately after installation by 10°+ compared to the stock thermal paste provided by manufacturer

Just like the instructions say, you can cut this to shape and size of your cards and press on, remove the film, and you’re set. Dropped my temps to 38 degrees baseline on my MSI GS66 Stealth. Great purchase.
