Misplaced parts.. meaning the parts were there but given something else. Parts was downgraded to a lower grade like the graphics card and heat sink aswell as the power supply was downgraded and sold at max price.

came in perfect condition/packaging and has 0 flaws works like a gem appreciate the build finding a gpu at the time is a pain. cpu and gpu temps are fine as well need to upgrade ram too 32gb @ 4000mhz but solid build.

The first few weeks when I got this pc it started crashing up, been trying to fix it ever since months ago and it's still crashing up to now, I've been asking for help from a computer service, it worked for a few days but it suddenly crashes again they said the person who built this is trash so I highly recommend not buying this

The first one I received would not boot resulting in having to take it back for exchange. The computer comes with a paper stating that it could take up to two times to boot -- but it did not work. The second one I received works extremely well, supper quiet, great colors and light effects. Needs more RAM which is easy to and as I did and now it boots in seconds and applications jump open with little to no wait time at all. I like ThermalTake system as this is my second one and they last a long time too.

This device has so mich storage and is very fast! It was well packaged and cleaned! I love the lights to it as well!

While it runs okay, it refuses to connect to the internet randomly. The magnets on the side door aren’t strong enough to hold the door closed sometimes. It has decent memory though.

Bought this when my IBuyPower gaming PC crashed after only having it 2.5 years, and realized it was cheaper to buy new then to fix issues. So far so good, works well, runs fast, and is quiet. Only use it a few times a month to play my Sandbox PC game so usage has been very minimal at this point.

I got this pc in February last year and I love it so much! I can do everything I like on here. It’s fast, runs good. Everything you want lol.
