As others have said, the delivery date is aspirational at best. I'd recommend calling the store post ordering to get the actual UPS tracking number, as my unit arrived two days late. As far as the PC is concerned, I'm very satisfied and feel this was a good value. Mine shipped with an MSI Ventus OC 5070TI, ASRock B850 Pro A Wifi mobo w. 2,5 gb ram, 32gbToughram 6400 MT Ram, SSD MSI M482 2tb, TT liquid cooling. Start up was plug and play. Runs silent. Very fast PC. While you could build for less, you'll lose more paying $400 over msrp for the gpu, and good luck finding one. Knocking off a point for best buy logistics but am otherwise happy.

Best Buy is having independent sellers sell on their app ans website now...and that is yoo bad. I purchased this thinking it was direct from Best Buy, and the seller never shipped it. I had to file a claim and wait for my money to be refunded. Not fun at all, and here's hoping my next purchase from an independent seller on their website goes more smoothly.

This is same thing happened to me, bough on 3/16, was told be here by 3/19. no activity. when I called to cancel the order I was told 7-10 business days to get a refund. DO NOT BUY you'll never get the product. Terrible customer service. shop elsewhere.
