Let with start off by saying it was not delivered anywhere near on time. It said the delivery would arrive in 3 days and I was even sent a text message say to be home to sign for the FedEx delivery. Took the day off from work and waited all day until 730pm. I then called Best Buy customer service and was lied to and hung up on. The pc arrived two weeks later. I was excited but when I open the two layered box only to find the pc was smashed on the bottom of the case. Then I noticed that there was a random screw rolling around inside the pc case which came out from on of the AIO fans. Then powered the pc up and tried to download a game to test it. All seamed to be going ok until I started cyberpunk and it loaded and crashed the pc black screen and had to manually restart computer. Tried a few more game same result. Loaded a bench mark tool and crashed again after 5sec. Long story short the Rtx 5080 was damaged as well due to the fact that any highload put on the GPU other then basic windows use would black screen and lockup and would require a manual reset. I do not the pc was ever tested by the manufacturer before shipping out because I find it hard to believe that the GPU was damaged. This whole purchase was and still is a nightmare. You spend over $3000 dollars on a pc and it shows up late, dented case, and dead GPU only to be told that you have to wait even longer to get what you paid for. Its just appalling that neither Best Buy or Thermaltake would expedite a replacement unit. Thermal take wanted me to wait until FedEx paid them for the shipment damage claim before they would do anything which they said would take weeks. Thermaltake also said that Best Buy wouldn’t take my return due to the fact that it was damaged during shipping. Lies. Needless to say I requested a replacement from Best Buy right after I got off the phone with Thermaltake. Other than the horrible customer service from both companies involved, the pc was nice and had great components. Their quality control needs some work. I hope everyone reads this review and know that you should get the extended warranty 100% and also know that these pc are made to order and take 2weeks to ship out not three days like Best Buy advertised on the website.

Got lucky when these were selling for $2700 rather than the now $3100 price tag. Overall very satisfied with the PC components and build quality, no issues as of late. My only complaint is with Best Buy having horrible shipping/receiving service as my order was delayed a week or so due to some disconnect through the fulfillment process.

aio came without a screw and the gpu is dent! very disappointed!

Everything is perfect so far ! Great temps even in ultra settings AAA titles and under load ! No issues in transit was a little delayed but if you look up thermaltakes website says please allow 7 days for it to be built ! Considering only delayed 7 days for a 5080 gpu and 9800x3d cable management is clean not a scratch on it considering it was shipped from California in 2 days too massachusetts. Overall extremely happy! Great comp

Great system so far 100% satisfied. I had the system sent to the store and I picked it up there. The system actually arrived 2 days early. I went ahead and upgraded the storage with an additional NVME 2TB which would be the only ding I would give the system. But with the cost of NVME's coming down I was ok with it. I’m not a super fan of RGB but with most system anymore you can’t get away from it. If you are looking for a great system that is a bit easier on the pocket book this might be the system for you,

I'm Absolutely enjoying this high end gaming PC by Thermaltake. After researching many reviews of high end gaming PC motherboards, cooling systems, CPUs, and graphics cards, I splurged on this rig for two main reasons - at the beginning of 2025, the second best high end gaming GPU on the market was the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080, and the very best gaming CPU was the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D. I also really loved the case and RGB cooling system. I got this for 2D gaming on my 4K monitor at 4K resolution, and for 3D gaming for my VR headset. It handles both of these types with no issues. Very satisfied with this computer.

When i ordered the system BestBuy sent me a test that it would arrive on a certain date with a tracking # but when you clicked on the number UPS says it has been created but not authorized pickup. So about 2 weeks later it changed and said that it would be delivered on this date. I blame BestBuy for the mess up on providing the right information that needs to be fixed. as far as the system its great built exactly like i would build it. it was cheaper to buy than build parts. Works great and i am glad i purchased the Thermaltake . and shot at UPS you need to fix your policies when it doesn't make sense your employees are using them to their advantage and not taking care of the customer. BestBuy change to FedEx Please.

I've had this quite a few months and it has been absolutely flawless. Make sure to update the bios immediately.

The computer is great, I’m happy with the way it’s been working.

This is the first pre-built I’ve ever bought and it runs great. Stays very cool and quiet even in games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Easy to start up just take the panels off and remove the foam blocks from the inside, put the panels back on, plug in the power cable and hook to monitor. Also Asrock motherboard came updated already so that was a plus.

Everything as desribed! A+ on shipping and AAA+ on packing(even more important). Very happy.
